Digital Delivery Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026. Sunup is a digital web service. There are no physical products and no shipping charges.
How access is delivered
After you complete payment through Razorpay, Sunup verifies the payment and adds the pass to the Sunup account you used to sign in. Access is normally available immediately after successful verification. You can continue in the same browser and see your pass in Me.
If access does not appear
Refresh Sunup while signed into the same Google account. If it still does not appear, contact toomanytabsopen02@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and account email. Do not send card or bank details.
Pass duration
The $5 pass gives 30 days of access and the $30 pass gives 365 days of access. Passes are prepaid and do not renew automatically. If you buy early, any remaining trial or existing pass time is kept before the new pass starts.
